Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadow Metallic Dusty Rose Review

Hi lovies! This has been sitting in my back log since the day I went into labor, whoops!!! Any way she's here and healthy and I'm back and ready to hit the ground running , I had to post this so you can get it in time for the holidays!

Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadow in Metallic Dusty Rose

Hey lovies, I saw this amazingly sparkly eyeshadow while walking through Sephora a few weeks ago and decided it needed to be mine!

It took a while for me to pick a color and I finally narrowed it down to two kitten or metallic dusty rose. The two are super similar, but I decided for my skin tone the metallic dusty rose was better.

It took a while to try it out because I'm so behind on swatching, but I finally tried it this past weekend. I'm so torn because I love the sparkles, but I really thought this would be a one and done shadow and its so not...

It's described as a rosy pink sheen with a high volume foil finish. It says it's a cream to powder, I think the texture really throws me off because there is SO much of a foil finish. The Pigmentation is incredible though, so that makes up for it... I also found that this is best applied with your finger.

Also, included with the Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadow is the NEW Stay All Day Liquid Eye Shadow Primer (0.06 oz) that preps the lids and allows for all-day wear with a unique liquid formula that creates long-lasting adhesion to lids. It can be used with any eye shadow and also extends the wear of eye liner. The primer comes in a dropper for easy, measured application and you only need a baby bit!

It is available in 9 shades and they are supposed to be coming out with three more.

I purchased mine at Sephora and it was $32.00

Has anyone tried this yet? How do you like it?

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo Review

Hi loves just wanted to do this quick review with you, I've been searching for the perfect brow fix....

Since Anastasia is one of the first names that comes to mind when I think eyebrows I figured I would give it a try....

Now I have tried this before, but I bought the wrong shade. This time I am using the Brunette/DK Brown. I got this at Sephora and the powder was $23 the brush was $18.

This was a miss for me, not so much the powder I think it was the brush. I really wanted to love this but every time I use it and I look in the mirror at my brows I hate them. I am following Anastasia Beverly Hills on instagram and have been picking up alot of great tips. I think she is amazing, but I am just not happy with this particular product of hers.

Overall I give this a C-  it was a total miss for me if I use a different brush it might be ok, but then again I was going for the full Anastasia effect.

The Wet (paddle) Brush

Hello loves, have you ever seen the wet brush before? Maybe you have but have you ever seen it in the paddle brush form?!?! The original was a much smaller oval brush.

I have always loved paddle brushes, it is pretty much all we had in the house growing up, so when I saw that they came out with a paddle brush version of this it was a no brainier. If you have long hair or hair that tangles easily this is a must!!!

You can buy this on for $11.98 and let me tell you it is well worth it!

This is the only brush that my daughter will let me come near her with.

Is this something that you would be interested in purchasing?

Psssst! Dry Shampoo Review

Hey loves,
I wanted to go over a recent fav of mine.... The Psssst Dry Shampoo, it's  incredible! I got it a few months back in my ipsy bag and literally fell in LOVE!

I find this works best if I apply it liberally to my roots.
Make sure you get it in between strands, don't just coat the top
layer of your hair or it looks gross. I use my fingers to rub out the
powdery look after a few minutes. Another trick that I use is I
spray it on first day hair right after I am done styling so it doesn't
have a chance to get greasy! That also helps me to use less product
on the second and third day. I use this after I have curled or
straightened my hair so I don't get the build up on my tools!

I love the smell of this dry shampoo it's almost cocoa-nutty to me.

When I compair this to other dry shampoo's that I have tried, for
example the tresemme or the TIGI Rochaholic dirty secret it wins
hands down!

This comes in two sizes I bought mine at ULTA and the larger
was $5.99 and the smaller was $2.99... Not to bad considering a
bottle of TIGI'S would cost $19

Lorac PRO To-Go Palette

Hi  lovies,
long time huh!?!? I have to share this AHHHHMAIZING product with you, the Lorac PRO To-Go Palette!

The Lorac PRO To Go Eye/Cheek Palette ($38) at Sephora is the latest release in Lorac’s Pro Collection. This includes eyeshadows, bronzer, and blushes in a range of finishes to create an easy look!

So one of the main reasons that I bought this was for my hospital bag, I thought how great would it be to have eyeshadows and blush/bronzer in the small palette very convenient right?!?!

I love, love, love the original Lorac Pro Palette and use it alot!

Ok, the eyeshadows in this are HUGE! Really I don't know how I will ever hit pan! I mean can we just talk for a minute about how creamy and silky smooth Lorac's eyeshadows are!?!?! I don't think I have ever fallen in love with eyeshadows more then when I tried my PRO Palette for the first time and the shadows in this palette are more of the same!

Pearl - So gorg! It's a creamy shimmer that's perfect for

Chai - is a perfect for fall copper

Mink - is a very cool grey-brown color, it's the kind

of crease color I always gravitate to

Shell - is a very soft egg shell color

Cafe -  a warm nude to light brown color

Black - it is such a true black very deep great if you

like to wear shadow for eyeliner

As far as the cheeks go...

First up is Coral - it's a shimmery coral colored blush.

Next is Pink - it's a very Malibu Barbie pink color

Lastly there's Bronze - it's the perfect shade of bronze not to light and not to dark it is very comparable to benefit's Hoola in my opinion.

I love how blendable all of these shades are, it's a great one stop shop!

The kit also comes with two small brushes. There is an eyeshadow brush and an angled eyeliner brush. I don't think I will use these very much...

Overall I love this and it was well worth the $38.00. I love it for travel, I love it for my hospital bag, I love it for everyday or something to just keep in my purse.

I give this an A+

What do you think? Is this something you would buy?

MAC of the Week

Hey loves!!! Since it's been some time since the last MAC of the Week, I figured I would do my very favorite MAC item...
Now that is really saying a lot for me because I have tons of MAC products....
MAC's Mineralize Foundation, the compact version.
I use NC 20.
Word's cannot describe how much I love this stuff, I put it on and immediately feel better about myself.  My skin looks so much more radiant and it gives  me full coverage. Another thing I love about it is that it lasts all day. It glides on your skin so silky smooth.
Now this foundation does come with a pad for application. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE IT!!! You will waste so much product and hate yourself for it, plush that pad is breakout city just waiting to happen. The MAC 130 brush was made for this foundation it is it's soul mate :)
Have you ever tried this?
What is your favorite MAC product?

Hi my loves, it has been WAY TO LONG!!!!
I am really sorry for that, I have had a lot going on... I have sooo many things to review for you, but I will just fill you in a little about all the things that have been going on....
So I'm pregnant, this is baby # 3 so you would think by now I would be a pro right?!?  I was really sick when I took my first few days away from blogging and when it didn't go away I took a test...
I went for my first ultra sound at 6 weeks and then started having some spotting about a week later. I have a SCH or a Subchorionic Hemorrhage. It's basically a tear in your placenta and it was very small at first... Two major bleeds and trips to the ER later and I am 16 weeks and as of right now on complete bed rest because it is now more then double the original size! Never before have I had to be still while pregnant, in fact I'm one of the one that does black Friday shopping at 8 months... So with the other two little loves in my life this has been really challenging.
Have any of you ever heard of SCH or had it? What have your experiences been with it? I go for another ultra sound this coming Thursday and am praying that it has started to shrink. Preterm labor is very common with this and most of the time you deliver by 34 weeks.
Whatever happens I know that I am in God's hands and that is the best place that anyone can be! I have found a lot of comfort in Psalms 91 and I know that I am under his wings and he has given his angels charge over me.
This is my reason for not being around and I hope you can understand, that being said I will have much more time for blogging being in the bed all the time!

Here's our little nugget weeks 6-15...

Urban Decay Vice Palette Review!!

Hey dolls as promised this is my review on the Urban Decay Vice Palette!

I have to say when this came out in the store I just had to have it and at the time I was utterly obsessed with my naked 2 palette, so it seemed only logical to get this!
I do have to say there are a few very pretty standout colors some of my favorite's are these...
Junkie - is a really pretty emerald color
Chaos - is a BEAUTIFUL vibrant jewel blue
Unhinged - is a aquamarine blueish color
Vice - is just a jeweled smokey purple color
Now there are also a few in there that I do not care for, take armour... It is pretty in the palette but when you are trying to use it it is redic!!! It is so very hard to blend and I expect so much more when it comes to UD shadows!!!
Here is one look I did with it.
Overall I never reach for it and while I like the fact that I have it in my collection I wouldn't ever repurchase. I really would have been better served to get a second naked 2 for backup!
What are your thought's? Do you have this palette?

"how to" go from a day look to a night look with my UD vice palette!!!

Hey love's it's another video!!!! Please subscribe to me on youtube if you haven't already I will be doing a follow up blogpost on the vice palette after this... Hope you enjoy!!!

Victoria's Secret Angel Gold Review.

Hey everyone I know this was on my December favorites, but I thought it deserved a proper review! It's one of Vicky's newer fragrances, and when I first smelled it back in November I knew it had to be mine.... It's just one of those fragrances that lingers with you. I feel like Victoria's Secret is always coming out with new scents so I try not to get caught up with them, but there are those select few that just hit you in the face and you are in love. You know what I'm talking about right?!?! It all started with me waaaayyy back at the Very Sexy smell, and then last year it was the Bombshell. They are both equally excellent scents, but there's just something about the Angel Gold! Look at this bottle!

Yes it has wings, is that not the cutest thing EVER! This stuff has a wonderful lasting power, and at the same time it isn't to strong. There are some perfumes that I relate to certain times of the year, like the Very Sexy for example  I relate that to Winter and B&BW Moonlight Path I relate to Spring/Summer. This perfume the Angel Gold, this is an ALL YEAR ROUND kinda smell!

Little Miracle Machine!

I couldn't wait any longer, I had to tell you about this little miracle machine called....drumroll......TANDA ZAP!
Ok my hormones are CRAtotheZ right now and I have been breaking out like a teenager! I was so blessed as a teenager, I never had to deal with acne, wish I could say the same thing now... This thing has been saving my LIFE! It's shrinks my blemish by about  50% over night, incredible!

You can purchase the tanda zap from Sephora and I paid $50.00 for it, just a little more then a zeno and it works soooo much better, in my opinion!

How many of you have tried this???
