Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo Review

Hi loves just wanted to do this quick review with you, I've been searching for the perfect brow fix....

Since Anastasia is one of the first names that comes to mind when I think eyebrows I figured I would give it a try....

Now I have tried this before, but I bought the wrong shade. This time I am using the Brunette/DK Brown. I got this at Sephora and the powder was $23 the brush was $18.

This was a miss for me, not so much the powder I think it was the brush. I really wanted to love this but every time I use it and I look in the mirror at my brows I hate them. I am following Anastasia Beverly Hills on instagram and have been picking up alot of great tips. I think she is amazing, but I am just not happy with this particular product of hers.

Overall I give this a C-  it was a total miss for me if I use a different brush it might be ok, but then again I was going for the full Anastasia effect.

  1. I've found the perfect brow fix. I got it at Sally Beauty Supply of all places for under $5. It's called Brow Zing baked duo brow powder by REAL COLORS(I have the ebony shade). It is perfect. You know how most brow powders have too much red in them, and/or end up looking like eye shadow on your brows? Well not this one. It has just the right amount of sheen to mimic your natural brow texture(hair is not matte!). Using this in combination with Tweezerman brow mousse, I am unstoppable! Seriously though, I get a lot of compliments on my eyebrows. I stick to high end brands pretty exclusively, but in this case I make an exception. You've gotta try it!
