Hey Lovies!!! Happy Friday!
I just wanted to check in with you about my getting fit / love yourself lifestyle...
I'm ashamed to say I have been backsliding!
It's so hard around the holidays but that's no excuse. If it were easy everyone would do it. I have been doing good at maintaining, but I don't want to just maintain. I can tell a difference in my energy level and at this time of year we need all the energy we can get.
So here is my check in with you before a weekend filled with baking Christmas cookies with the kids!!! Now you might think, why even bake the cookies?!?! That's simple, the kids have been looking forward to this all week! I'm not even going to tell you that I wont have a few cookies, because that would be a lie. What I am going to tell you is that the cookies I do eat I will make up for while working out.
I really love how weight watchers looks at things, everything in moderation! While for me 100% clean eating makes me feel 100% better. (I mean, I think everyone does) I am committing for this month to 80% clean but giving 100% in my workouts to make up for it!
I want to stay accountable, on the chance that anyone is reading this! Maybe this journey of mine will help someone else.
